T2 Siege
Capital Hybrid V
Jump skills to V
Max aromor skills
Max support skills
Very good sub cap gunnery skills
High/Max t3 skills
Maruaders V

cross trained chars are fine so long as the relevent supporting skills are well trained.

Budget - will consider any pilot.

But with dread skills would be nice. This is an example of a well trained pilot, the pilot does not have to have as many skills points.
