Have you tried deleting your cache? That might help. Otherwise, I suggest you open a ticket.

Having the same problem with trying to invent a small 150 railgun. Small neutron blasters on the other hand don't need the incognito data interface...

Wouldn't be a ccp patch when everything just works, right?

All hybrid weapon invention is till requiring an incognito data interface. They are really hard to find now. If someone hadn 't stolen the one I had from my POS last night I would be fine.
