Arrow Advanced Drone Interfacing 4
Arrow Heavy Drone Operation 4
Arrow JDC 4
Arrow Good shield skills
Arrow Good core skills


Big plus if it have these skills:
Arrow Capital remote armor rep 4
Arrow Gallente Dread 4
Arrow Capital hybrid guns 4
Arrow Can use T2 siege
