Returning player, last played actively in 2010. Forgot everything about the game, but a few days in empire are making me look for a 0.0 home.

What I'm looking for in a corp, in order of preference:

1. A corp located in deep south, ideally in Sansha or Blood rat space. I like the rats that melt to weapons I prefer. Guristas and Angels make me emo.
2. Rent > hold. I'm old, have kids, and can't constantly do alarm clock ops.
3. Want numerous US timezone ops, cruiser and frig, 0.0 or lowsec roams or camps. I've got multiple dread and carrier capable pilots, but I loathe POS bashing.
4. BONUS: empire suicide ganks on alts or not
5. Red to BoB, that RP Amarr alliance (are they still around?) *and* Goons. Yeah, I can dream.
6. Occasional drama to break up monotony.

I'm *NOT* your person if you:

1. Live in the drone regions. NEVER AGAIN. You couldn't pay me to live in that armpit of space. Not a big fan of Gurista or NPC regions either.
2. Have an aversion to empire suicide or other random ganking. I grind to suicide gank, it's my hobby.
3. Are a casual do-everything corp, looking for miners, industrialists and mission runners. No, just... no.
4. Need the best possible killboard. I will stink up your killboard sooner or later. Maybe even more than once.
5. Will get offended if I ragequit EvE.
6. Need miners or POS logistics.
7. Need daily POS bashes.
8. Are currently failcascading or plan to failcascade in the immediate future.

What I haven't done but may like:

1. Learn to WH. Only used them as back doors empire -> home, never tried to live in one.

What I bring to the table:

1. 3-4 alts, weighing in at 50M sp or so each. I do everything. Ex mega-industrialist, I have hundreds of T1/T2 production pipelines in empire.
2. Ratting income for your corp
3. Another warm body to AFK cloak, roam
4. Ability to smacktalk in Russian or English. Or both. If you speak slowly and use small words I can understand French, Spanish and German.
5. Completely self-sufficient.
