Looking to buy a pilot who can scan well (at least all scanning skills to 4) and can use Covert Ops ships as well as some form of transport ships.

Bonus if they can use an Orca!

23M SP (and no BC/dessie to artificially bump that up). I'll sell it for 7 months (=14M SP) + 2 PLEX transfer, or 7.8b. Would that work for you?
