When i see now i dont have skill required to fly archon, but i did 2 years ago (guess new skills-req is implementet) and have amarr carrier lvl 5 and triage 2. So i dunno if u can fly archon even though she have amarr carrier skill trained but not some of the skill req to even train amarr carrier, strange world.
