Patching is stopping at 15%

Hey everyone,

So i have just come back from a long time away, so i wanted to go onto the test realm to test some stuff before i get into some serious eve.

The patch keeps sticking at 15% and i dont know how to fix it, i have tried the eve repair tool but it didnt work.

Can anyone help me please :)

I have also had to re-copy eve online for the test server since the last time i played test was on my old computer, so i did the whole thing about creating a shortcut and adding the /server:Singularity in the properties, is there anything in there i might have missed that has caused an issue, because it is saying that the server is Singularity, but it is, for the moment saying it is offline, although it was saying before that people were playing (may be just a coincidence).

I have same problem. Yesteday (or 2 days ago, dont remember exactly) i had this problem with main server but downloaded patch manually and copied it in EVE's directory. Problem was solved.

Where i can download EVE_ONLINE_832492-838694_WIN.PATCH manually?

Could you please open up the Command Prompt (cmd.exe) in Windows and type:
ping cdn1.eveonline.com

And let us know the results.

have tried using the repair tool, clearing cache, recopying the whole client.

no luck so far.
