Can't connect suddenly

Logged in with one account since downtime, no problems there. Now tried logging in with my second account and the launcher isn't starting the client and looks wierdo

again, i have no issues with the logged account, there is no lag or whatever. but can't get in with the second account

same problem here. can't repair the launcher, too.

Edit: restarting the computer solved it for me.

Basically you just run the exe file from the bin folder, this will allow you to login, I have tried various patches with the help of CS but the launcher still not working, use the exe file to get yourself into the game.
