Jobs not showing in the industry ui

was in sisi yesterday and when I went to look at the jobs I got going the list was just blank as if I had no jobs going but if I look at what bpo's I own I had grayed out bpo's and when I selected them they still had job timers on them do not know if this is a known bug or a new one

also theres an pos issue with starting jobs . once its started it disappears and i dont know if job is in any progress. its not displayed either.
