Halted jobs

So i was off for few days and when i came back i noticed that all my active/finished manufacturing and invention jobs were "halted". I cant deliver them (half of them were finished and ready to deliver). Now it shows 00:00:00 time. The jobs were active on POS which went offline also few days ago, maybe thats an issue. Is there any chance that i can get my blueprints that were finished and restart other which were active? I couldnt find any soultion to my problem. If there is a solution, I would also appreciate information or link to that topic (and sorry for my english).
