Blueprint Research Prices?

Perhaps someone could help me out here a little, can't seem to find out the information anywhere (Yes, googled it, yes, did forum searches with a bunch of different phrases)

Does anyone know the mechanics that specifically determine the price of researching a blueprint?

First there are the factors of

*Total time of the Research job (researching at a faster facility with all other factors equal is cheaper)

*Price modifier index based on the number of jobs installed recently in the system of that type (More information on quite how this escalates would be interesting. The scaling does not appear to be linear, correct me if I'm wrong)

*Additional cost of station taxes (The easiest part of the entire process)

*Modifier cost of using a team

*Base cost of the research job on a specific blueprint. <---- THIS is the part that I'm really struggling to figure out.

Is it based on the value of what it creates? All parts involved? Or some number that the devs assigned when changing the system? I've found research on capital ship bpos to be FAR cheaper than comparable duration research on capital component bpos, without a sizable margin in NPC price between the BPOs themselves.

Any tested knowledge, or backed speculation greatly appreciated, even if it's just to an elusive thread breaking it all down that I missed. Thanks!

Get the "Base Job Installation Costs" for the BPC TypeID, than use the formula in the .pdf.
