Friends, Foes, Zanzibar,

It is with great pleasure that I may announce the Outer Regions Seeding Initiative as now open to residents of the cluster.

Simply put, we are inviting baseline individuals to join a colony seeding initiative which aims to put them beyond the easy reach of the Empires in Null-security space. Large sections of the ship maintenance bays of various fleet Capital and Supercapital vessels have been converted to temporary accommodation and equipment storage for participants.

Pre-fabricated and nanofacturable colony equipment has been sourced from Thukker Mix, Combined Harvest, Poteque Pharamceuticals and the Ishukone Corporation including but not limited to; pre-fabricated accommodation, mining and manufacturing equipment, hydroponic and agricultural setups, hostile environment facilities, medical hardware, generator installations, administrative and social structures and defensive hardware.

Technical training in relevant fields will be provided free of charge to those who wish to join the initiative at protected orbital facilities in Amamake. Individuals below the age of majority will not be accepted, individuals are strongly advised to be in good health without serious pre-existing conditions. Individuals must join the initiative without coercion, Holders are required to legally relinquish ownership of any subordinates.

Simply put, we hold a growing belief that the Empires are increasingly failing the people of New Eden at large. Residents who likewise share this sentiment are therefore welcome to depart. Representatives of the Sisters of EVE and Mordu's Legion are in the process of being contacted with regards to the disposition of these new colonies.

As alliance vessels move to new locations to conduct campaigns, colonies shall be established in our path and at suitable destinations. There are no current plans to deploy colonies in areas frequented by the Covenant or Nation.

Individuals interested in joining are advised to present at Amamake II - Republic Justice Department Tribunal for induction. Individuals interested in departing the program are welcome to at any time, practicality nonwithstanding. It is advised that any travellers to Amamake do so via the InterBus and do not charter transport on capsuleer vessels.

A list of vessels participating in the initiative follows, it is not anticipated they will see heavy combat;

VDV Expansionist - Avatar Class
VDV Big Red Button - Avatar Class
VDV Rouvenor's Revenge - Nyx Class
VDV Oh God Not Again - Aeon Class
VDV Shining Bright - Aeon Class
VDV Wandering Star - Nomad Class
VDV Profit Margin - Charon Class
Tyrel Toov
Non-Hostile Target
Wild Geese.

I am slightly confused as to your purpose for this announcement. Are you just advertising for baseliners that may wish to join the colony? Or do you have something for capsuleers that may interest those who read this?

This is an announcement, nothing more. Any supplies are however appreciated but unnecessary.

I believe transferring the colonies to the management of the State and major seven megacorporations, who stayed loyal to Caldari people (you all know one remaining eight, that wasn't) will help establishing proper logistic routes and markets, as well as increase the amount of people, who would like to participate in this.

Megacorporations would fiercely protect their assets and personnel, and this will provide way better security than just leaving colonies to themselves in practically lawless regions of space.

Formally, you will be outside of any Empire, that you want to escape from, as inside Megacorporation you don't have any government ahead of you, only corporate management ladder. There is, of course, CEP, but as a megacorporate dependent organization you won't even notice their presence, unless you will start squabbles with other megacorporations, or will do something bad to foreigners in your colonies.

This will also promote interests of both Megacorporations and colonists, and the space, where the colonies are situated, could soon be transferred officially under the State and CONCORD jurisdiction, which will help greatly in protecting megacorporate assets from pirates and nullsec "empires", swarming the areas.

The way that Caldari has choosen, without a government, should suit your initiative almost perfectly. And, although, I believe that during wartime we should stay united to repent the Greater Foe, for the prosperity and wellbeing of Colonists, Corporate and Megacorporate approach will suit you way better.

Megacorporations are known for merited and even redistribution of resources to corporate workers, based on their contribution for the common good of the colony, without any governmental complications. Megacorporations will provide you with everything, they will help you organize small firms in colonies, for them to be self sufficient, and will help with bringing in goods that will be too hard to obtain in colonies themselves.

Should you bear the Megacorporate banner, you will become a vanguard of civilization, progress and prosperity in the lawless space.

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.
