I got a question:

THe previous owner does not lock his old post, which seems to be this one. Then the NA fellow sends the isk to me and account details for a supposed transfer. I have no idea whats going on until I get linked to the current thread.

As there appears to be a mistake made by the previous owner and not by me, my question is DO I HAVE TO GIVE THE ISK BACK? :)

Ok, well, I talked to an ISD and he advised I ctc a GM. So it seems someone else f**** up and I probably wont get the blame.

Few days back I was buying a character on the market and I ran across the following thread:

At some point the seller of the character got banned for multiple bumps per day and as I was interested to buy the character, I advised him to open a new thread so that we could seal the deal. That sale is under the following link:

Now as the char purchase was completed and I got the char sent to my account, I was happy with the transaction and thanked the seller etc.

Few days after, I get a load of isk sent to the character I bought and account details. At this point, I also got the link to the previous sale thread. It appears the old seller never closed the initial sale and I got sent the isk for it by, leraa, some lad in the game.

Bottom line is, errors were made by the previous owner of the character and by the current buyer. I had no influence at all in this sale neither did I try to scam anyone for their isk or account. But as I now have the isk because of this error, do I have to return it? I cant find a single thing on the EULA about this case.

Do I have a legitimate base not to give the isk back? Clearly Im a little bit richer due to human errors not made by me? :)
