Concerned customer on how CCP uses ISD Volunteers

I hope someone senior (Who is paid by CCP) see's their quality of ISD and them not following their policies correctly.

I as a supporting customer expect to see their support are helping us, but they are not even following their own rules.

ISD potentials need to be screened better. Hell they ruined COAD what else they want to ruin?

As isd will say, if you have an issue with how they enforce the rules hit f12 in eve and file a petition. CCP won't respond and my guess is you are whining about forum moderation which will get this thread locked.

So file a petition

I have filed a petition before it went 1 week with no response. Perhaps they have an issue with their petition system if otherwise then please let us know why it takes a long time to hear a reply from in-game petition. Otherwise I would have to assume such that the petition mechanism within the game does not work thus I'm reporting my problem here.

As well it gives the community a chance to see how CCP/ISD reacts to such concerns.

They never responded on a petition I have done before, forced me to just cancel it. I'm sure they can respond here, what happens if a customer has no access to game. Hell what happens if a customer doesn't log in the game except once a month.

There should be ways to petition without going in game...

Then you have to wait. That's all there is to it. End of thread, stop making stupid threads, read forum rules. Your original thread you made two bump post in the same day, that's against the rules, hence the 24 hour lock. The isd even posted what rule you broke and where you can review the others. I suggest you do that. And wait out your petition. BTW petitions for forum stuff should eb handled faster, so they prolly get less petitions then other divisions. Make sure you file it correctly


Edit: You must be new here... they will not respond, because they don't discuss GM or Dev actions to petitions and the like.. file a damn petition and wait

Easy tiger, I bumped once. Did you eve check the post? after my bump I replied to an individual. But thank you for responding with such a deep reply which in affect I still stand right.


EDIT: I can't file in game, I have no access to the game with my current situation so there has to be ways besides in-game petition. Also you should be with me buddy we are all customers expecting a great service.

ISD DO give good service, and according to what I saw of your thread you had 3 post in a row in the same 24 hour period, that is why you got locked. That is still considered a 'bump' even if you don't say 'bump'

Ahh where does it say that? I'm pretty understanding person, so just show me such ruling and we can end this.

Also it's normal to have many questions and having to reply within such low timeframe ESPECIALLY if the auction is ending soon. Which is a fact.

In a sidenote I have never seen/played a game where they enforced soo much on the forums, kinda kills the community.

Don't worry I love EvE still, not quiting. It's only when i feel I am done wrong, I fight for it and question why I am done wrong. Just the way I play in and outside the game (IRL) thank you for the other methods of petition, just what I needed.

I will file the petition accordingly but even by the time they resolve this my 24 hour ban will be up, in affect never reversing the original issue I have. So I will petition as a concern of how ISD are enforcing the ruling and it's interpretation.

True, but there's a difference between stalker and getting somewhere smartly and seem like a stalker. Pretty much what we call playing the game in the dating world but every person doesn't execute the same way. Some quit easily

What got you was your middle bump post. You had already posted a response to someone, no one had replied to yoru thread, that last post was in part a bump. Your middle bump was not past 24 hours, due to the simple fact that the post above it doesn't read (2 days) and your bump post reads 13 hours. Doing simple math, your bump post was still withen the original 24 hour window of your last post. Thus was not needed, thus broke the rules, thus you get a lock.
