The lack of help when loosen a ship to someone dickhead running around ganking people in high sec during a lvl 3 mission . first off how the hell does a stratus with 2 pulse laser 2's do 61k dps in 35 seconds and second how is it the kill mail doesn't show the damage taken to the BC I was flying . It shows the the kill on my egg but not my damage taken on the bc and it doesn't show the kill on battle clinic. Third how does a ship with barely 20k ehp take 51k damge and reps full shields and armor in 35 second has 2x nos going which didn't help him and 2 x web going which I should have been able to jump no matter what with a 5.0 warp stability and maxed skills in nav. Now after checking the builds on battleclinic and doing a copy of what I saw ive come to this . 1 the ship didn't have enough dps to over my nano tank and 2 what ever exploit he is using I am not the only he got .He ganked 3 ships one a T3 ten and t2 sin and a t2 vex I have to call bullshit and ccp you know somethings wrong here but yet again the guy who pays for a sub is assed out for a dev to do jackshit . 3 days waiting for a response from ccp and I get not one email .



So if you don't want help someone who has subbed this game for 6 years I guess ill take my money else where this kind of bullshit is just that 3rd party program or not its plain **** and I am one who is sick of paying out the cash while all the f2p plex players don't have to pay out a ******* dime for this game . Enough is a enough fix the this or deal with another sub gone .

You've had an emotional response to a gank loss and come to the forum to blow steam and complain about CCP.

It's understandable, but also pointless since the harsh aspect of eve is well known.

Your emotional post is no better than the first reply. 'Gf' in local and move past it is about the best you can do unless he was using an exploit, which you should then report.

I could point out the many, MANY, faults in your rant but I don't have time to knock out that many words.

He could break your tank, even with it active. You couldn't break his for 6m+ (by which time, you were dead). Once he threw his neut and nos on you, you only had 2m39s cap life. The total dps he can do before you can even start breaking his tank is more than your ehp. You lost.
What does plex have to do with anything? I haven't sold a single plex yet I could buy his fit 30* over. I've played Eve for less than a year.
Ed: My account is paid for with a sub. Only the first month (after trial) was paid for with a plex but I was like "fuckthisgrind, I'm buying a sub"

You DID run out of nanite paste, it can easily be seen on your lossmail.

The Stratios that killed you WAS most likely dualrep tanked, as can be seen on the lossmail of the Stratios. If you check the Stratios pilots killboard you will see he lost it at the same day he killed you.

You had no tackle at all, especially no webifier. The Stratios was able to orbit you close with an afterburner and your railguns were not able to hit him. He had a NOS and neut to shut off your tank and guns, he had 2 cap booster to keep his tank running for a LONG time.

Everyone with a little bit of pvp experience will confirm, you´ve not been the victim of an exploit; you have lost a normal pvp fight and that is why CCP is not going to reimburse your ship.

OK, I had a bit of time but I sincerely hope that I don't just get a barrage of foul hatred in gratitude of this information. I think I know that wish is going to be in vain however here we go...



CCP will not help you with this. It is a perfectly normal aspect of Eve Online. Petitioning anything other than a genuine exploit is simply wasting CCP's time.

Furthermore your attitude towards other players stinks. There is no need to be so abusive.


It's a Stratios; it also has a drone bay and you may wish to familiarise yourself with it's bonuses. The damage taken IS shown on your lossmail. If you check your combat log that will also provide you with further information. Your EHP might be around 60k but that takes into account reps over time, which are easily overwhelmed, particularly on a single rep fit. The fact you have tech I guns does not give me faith that you have any competently trained tanking skills either.

If it doesn't show the kill on Battleclinic that is because neither yourself or your aggressor have shared API details there. A lot of people use eve-kill or zkillboard instead.


He was dual rep fit and quite possibly had remote shield reps applied. I'm not surprised he could burst tank, what with having a burst tank setup.

I'd posit the nos (only one actually, the other was a neut) helped him just fine.

You had no '5.0 warp stability' and maxed skills in nav are irrelevant. Furthermore webs have nothing to do with warp stability, that would be the role of his warp scrambler.


Whatever research you did was obviously done with the level of understanding you have displayed thus far and is therefore spurious at best.

There may be an exploit here but it really does not look like that is the case. There are many idiots in high-sec who are ignorant of facts and get themselves killed every day. I see nothing exceptional on his killboard to suggest anything untoward.


You do realise that the PLEX has to come from somewhere in the first place? CCP don't just make them out of thin air to give free subs away. Someone had to pay for them in the first place.

I explained above why EHP is irrelevant.

Why judge others when you clearly act in such a hateful manner to other players of this game? There is no need whatsoever for these personal attacks and just make you appear ugly and bitter. It is just a game.


Again, those PLEX are paid for by paying customers. If anything CCP is making MORE money from the existence of PLEX as it gives more payment options for players.

Before abusing others and calling names, learn some absolute basics about the game and stop abusing those trying to help who are in-fact, correct where you are very wrong.

Your fit (https://zkillboard.com/kill/41959208/) Doesn't even have 49k ehp. Apparently the IGF shows it with reps though, so that may be why.
