Burner Missions With An Alt?

There is plenty of advise on how to run burner missions solo, but what if you have an alt? These missions have got to be a lot easier if you have an alt to tag-team them...

I can fly any combination of frigs between my alt and main. Are there any good strategies and fits that dont require spending 300M? I.e. using the alt for tackle, links, logi, extra dps, ect...?

They are. Continue to bring heavy tank, but you can now run them with lower DPS requirements, or a utility high spider tank setup or what have you. They are, in fact, too easy if you run them dualboxing and still shell out for decent resist mods.

So basically spend 200-250 mill on each alts tank and they become easy to dual.

I dual box them with the main in a pimped frig and an alt in a logi frig as i dont have the skills yet to solo them.
warp the main and wait one sec warp the alt and let him orbit the main at 20km with mwd, nothing has agroed the logi yet and i dont fit a rep on the main anymore.

One issue you will see if dual-boxing is that if you DC, you will lose both ships most likely.

Right, but the idea is to spend far less overall.

I wonder if you can get away with T2 tank if u have a logi alt.

Not quite in my experience, unless running linked, but C types are more than plenty with a logi alt.

If your alt is skilled enough to run a Strat Cruiser/Command Ship as a half decent OGB, you can shave a lot of the pricey mods off boat your main has to use.

I've also played with taking my alt in with a Griffin stacked with racial jammers. It's tricky though, because your main has to web/scram down the Burner first. If not, the Burner takes off as soon as it's hit with eWar from the Griffin. But this technique is pretty good especially against that b*****d Angel Burner and it's fricking wrecking shots Ugh
