Fresh install laptop won't open eve game.

After I installed fresh w7 on my laptop (Acer aspire E1-571 i5) my eve launcher will start but the game won't open, atleast when I try to click on it its not responding right away. I also do not see it when I try to alt tab to it it doesn't show up.

If you need more information/teamviewer to see the problem let me know.

Tried running it without launcher?
