I'm looking for a character with Minmatar and Gallente skills, preferably with at least one cruiser V. The character should be able to fly a Vigilant or not be far off (I'm willing to train Minmatar spaceship skills) and competently use medium blasters.

Looking for duders around 12m SP but I'm not too picky.
