Probably very few have missed upcoming changes in Phoebe, these changes also resulted in many people wondering about what will happen with renters. Their situation doesn' seem to bright and most people expect renter empires to shrink considerably. It's interesting to observe how their masters are reacting to changes. Here are just some of the mail that were sent out to their renters:

These two kinda made me laugh the most. First one is usuall goon type of propaganda where they try to divert attention from the facts like "no one is gonna come and save your system" to "Logistics will become harder". And similiar crap i could talk about

Second one was even better tho...Renters militia :D So now you even need to defend your space while paying for it to third party which is shooting somebody else somewhere else. I really hope we will see people dropping renters space, joining/forming real alliances and taking this space for themselfs soon Blink

Well it sounds like this topic is realy "popular" :D Maybe im in wrong part of forums but i will keep talkin with myself.

Just out of curiosity I have went with my alts through few renter corps(not very hard to get into one). Alliances like NA and BOT try to keep their people calm, however, quite a few of the corps already had orders to move part or all their assets to nearby low secs. It doesn't seems like they are expecting bright future. What are your thoughts on renters after phoebe?

Umm...

If you are a Caldari corporation that wants to run missions in low sec without getting harassed, then please contact me and we can set up a rental agreement.

Or how about this?

If you are a corporation that wants to run missions in the Vlillirier area, then please contact me and we can set up a rental agreement. We have many low sec Level 1 and 2 agents (and a couple Level 3 ones) in Vlill and surrounding systems that are much more lucrative than their high sec counterparts.

Or, Vlillirier is an industrialist's paradise. Moderately sized low sec market. +5 FW bonuses. Lots of factory stations. Please contact me if you want to rent stations for your low sec production corporation.

CCP, there are off buttons for ship explosions, missile effects, turret effects, etc. "Immersion" does not seem to be harmed by those. So, [u]please[/u] give us a persisting off button for the jump gate and autoscan visuals.

Hey I just noticed there's two Level 4 Distribution agents in Vlillirier (One Fed Mart, one Wyrkewhatever). Rent is going up!

BTW, look at all those factories(6 total)! http://evemaps.dotlan.net/system/Vlillirier That's free isk (minus rent you pay to me, of course).

Why do people keep saying the renters are going to be more vulnerable? Do the landlords currently protect the renters? I was under the impression they don't.

Hey I just noticed there's two Level 4 Distribution agents in Vlillirier (One Fed Mart, one Wyrkewhatever). Rent is going up!

Well if we're renting out systems, we might as well rent out that Level 5 agent in Hallanen while we're at it. Though we might have to split that one with Bohica...

They don't protect them from roaming gangs, but they will/would protect them from danger invasion/sov attacks. After patch no1 will be there to save their systems from being overrun...especially regions like pb or drone lands.
