HYDRA is happy to present the very first Whiptail lottery for 2014. The lottery will be conducted in a "Winner takes all" fashion, with the winner receiving an Whiptail Hull.

There will be 1,200 tickets available at 100m each and the lottery will continue to run until all tickets are sold.

Gorski Car CSM 9 Representative will act as a 3rd party in this transaction.

Prize: Whiptail Hull
Total Tickets: 1200.
Ticket Price: 100mil per ticket.
Duration: Until All Tickets are sold.
Ticket Numbers: Post your Ticket Number (valid entries are 1 - 1200) in this thread. Any edited posts will be disregarded. Make sure you are the first person to post your number; any repetitions will be regarded as a donation.

Please read all the Instructions before sending your ISK

Reason: When purchasing lotto tickets make sure to include "whiptail" ALL LOWER CASE AND NO QUOTES into the Reason field. If you have the wrong reason it is regarded as a donation.
Amounts: Please send the ISK in multiples of 100 million. Any excess will be regarded as a donation.

So we must believe an ellected random EVE player, with no reputation at all, that the "winner takes all" price doesn't go to a alt of him or yours, or a friend...

For me personaly, this seems like just a bad attempt to lift on the "CSM" image, to get something done. In this case, sell tickets, be more credable ect. hmmmm... why?

I have seen lotteries like this before... It usualy involves trustworthy third parties ect..

As in: A: no confirmation about that he holds the ship: so you basicly have the isk and the ship now: why not keep both ehh?
As in: B: who drawes the tickets? Or isnt that important to mention?
As in: C: You do realise you can sell a whiptail for about that amount on contract in a fairly quick timeframe?
As in: D All my comments above and under, makes it appears like is isnt organised well, it smells. Why not involve a reall third party, like chribbo or something.

This has bit red flag attached to it, and personaly i fond it could end in a nice scam attempt.

Could you ellaborate maybe a bit more why he is, accourding to you, trustworthy?
