    Start off if you specialized in a single area to max skills you would get more i.e. Leadership Skills. Cap Skills. Sub Cap.

    However great stats. All around stats is good. but when selling a pvp character you have to just take away all industrial and science skills don't count them in your final price. Nobody is looking for industrial capable characters on the pvp side its mostly a bonus.

    Depending on how your kill to Death ratio is on any kill board will change price.

    45 - 60 bil

    If you put it up on market put it at 45bil with 1 bil increments keep in touch with buyers they will more likely stick with yours rather then look for someone else.
