Whats with the Bounties on EOH Poker people?

Im a bit out of touch on EOH Poker, there a reason why every person in their Corp has a bounty of at least 0.5 Billion isk?

because the people with the top bounties on them show up periodically on the CQ wall. they're exploiting the system as advertising.

Tedium and difficulty are not the same thing, if you don't realize this then STFU about game design.
