I am the CEO of a successful and active FW corp and I am in need of an experienced FC. I am willing to hire someone by paying them one plex per month. The successful candidate will need to:

Provide 3 references from CEOs of established corps or from reputable PVPers
Commit to taking the corps isk effectiveness to 70% (currently low 60s)
Have 90%+ isk effectiveness on kb
The more activity the better, corp's most active during uk prime
Have knowledge of frig/dest warfare
Have knowledge of fw mechanics
Positive attitude, patient and willing to teach people with 0 pvp experience
Work towards corp's/alliance’s objectives
Abide by/implement corp's policies
