Move "Salvage" option from Salvage Drone context menu to top

Hi,
short idea/request: to move the "Salvage" entry of the salvage drone's context menu to the top line to streamline the command with combat drones which have "Engage" at the top line. Also it would be separated of the Abandon Drone line.

Also it would be great if Salvage Drones would respect the Focus Fire checkbox and either focus on one wreck or seek out individual wrecks.

Absolutely +1. FIrst things should go first.

May be it also can come in handy to top: Jump for stargates, Dock for stations ? What do you think?
