Newbie searching for long term Corp.

Hi, my name is Cicero and I'm now playing Eve for about 2 weeks now. Now that I have subbed I would really want to join a nice, active Corporation, if possible in or near my timezone (CEST, UTC/GMT +2).

I've learned the basics already but I'm still very unfamiliar with advanced gameplay and Eve slang. So I would like to fly joint missions in the Corp. to learn all of that and eventually becoming an valuable member.
I prefer PvE, mining and later when I'm stronger and more experienced, faction warfare.
What I am looking for in a Corp;
- established (no newly made Corp.)
- Joint operations (no Corp. pro forma)
- tutoring, so I can improve myself
- preferable (Mid)European Corp.
- TeamSpeak or Mumble for optional voicechat

My playtime fluctuates between zero hours (yeah, I have busy days too) and 6-8 hours, mostly in the evening between 19:30-24:00 (17:30-22:00 EveTime)

I am a bit picky looking for a Corporation primarily because IF I join a corp. I promise to dedicate myself for it.
I've always found it hard to find a Corp./Alliance/Guild in MMO's which don't have significant deficits. For instance the Guild I joined years ago in GuildWars2 had almost no active members just some regular players who also stuck with one's kind.

I think you'll enjoy our Corp, [Gallente Rebels Inc.]

We're pretty active in low sec. Gallente FW region (Placid) and we like to kill stuff.
Very simple, no drama, and some nice fleets.

2 weeks and you are pretty specific and up to date on everything. Pirate 2 weeks in I was still running lvl 2 missions and shooting asteroids, let alone know to get into an older corp or Faction Warfare.Pirate Grats, you will go far sirPirate

go to eve uni, and once you can fly a tengu and some combat frig look up my corp. wh is the place to go.

Just want to update the post. I'm still searching - haven't found the right one.

Update about me;

- 1.45m SP
- Currently flying a BC and training for Drones
- Currently on flying Lvl 3 missions. Haven't tried L4's up to now ^^

My ingame goals haven't changed. So if my profile is appealing please pm me ingame. Put the fee to zero for the next week. API key will be provided if necessary.

PS:
please don't
- copy a generic recruitment text into a pm. Copy a link if you don't wanna write something yourself.
- expect me to trust you completely from the start. Something like "let me carry your stuff to our home system after joining" as a start up isn't really trustworthy. ;)
