Looks like CCP in their eternal wisdom removed the option for the neural remap. Time for emo rage! Evil i want my remap now!

I would like the remap. I thought I had 2 so I remapped only to realize I was on my last one. So I'm pretty screwed at the moment...... I accidently all of them Cry
