I'd just like to point out that a single Hyperion on a gate will wreck your **** with ease, and I watched a Raven take on 15 rifters on a gate the other week, he killed about 4 or 5 before they disengaged and ran away, they barely scratched him. It's not always as simple as 2 > 1, so don't make the mistake of believing that.

@OP Pilot and fitting skill has a lot more to do with the outcome of such a fight than the size of the ships involved.

All ships have their place in the game but for newer players smaller ones tend to be better do to low sp in core and fitting skills as well as being cheaper
