You would like to have a contract with another guy but... there is no such contract offered by the game.
You want to make a specific deal with another person for money but you don't know if you can trust him paying before.

Ok. I wondered why no "notary deposit office" available for this type of business.

I propose my services for this.

Person number 1 wants Person number 2 to do something (whatever...)
Person number 1 will pay Person number 2 for this job. But will he do the job ?

I can be The Person number 3.
Person 1 describes the job to be made.
Person 2 validates this description.
Person 1 will pay XXXX ISK for this.
Person 3 will receive the money and will validate quality of job from Person number 2. If ok, he will transfer the money.

Why should i not be a thief or a scammer ?
Because i want to make a job about this. To live in New Eden.

What is my interest : a fee we will negociate.
What do you have to pay ? : a fee and the amount of a shuttle (half for each person). As a guarantee. I will give you back the money after the deal.
Why should i do this job honestly ? : because i could die and simply not have other deals with anyone if i lie.
