Destroyer class Burner Missions

Some new burner mission could have the Interdictors and logi's and work similarly to team burner, these variants would let destroyer class ship in.

Not that a Destroyer could do a better job than an AS Frig or Pirate, but it would be fun to fly Algos, Dragoon, Corax and Talwar to join the fight.

A little more DPS and range, but paper tank, and huge signature.
The difference could be that instead of remote repper logi's, this time they would have the proper race electronick attack frig as supporter... two of them....


  • Heretic and Sentinel-Crucifier
    • Flycatcher and Kitsune-Griffin
    Eris and Keres-Maulus
    Sabre and Hyena-Vigil




or Interdictor - Electronick attack frig (T1) - logi
or two very strong Interdictors and one logi - more pewpew

that would require--- a plus 65 km weapon range and target range with higher kite speed than burners or
A team of players with logi's or
Ultratanky T2 Frig with countermeasures.

Anyway this could be a bad idea for many reasons.

  • One, everybody hates ecm.
    • Two, all electronic frigs shouldn't really exceed the 65 km toop range.
    Three.... its probably breaking heaven with the amount of burner missions we already have- eg. too similar to the team burners. Fourth - Interdictors are not expansive ships - it loses its "shiny" purpose...

yeah, the answer is not. not shinies. that's the main alt to me also

unless pirate destroyers are to be introduced, very unlikely.
