How fast or what's the fastest rats/npc's, I'm helping other players until I get my skills on par for a Bs. So if any body has any ideas as to how fast the are or where to find said information, so I can build around that. Thank you in advance.

A Logi Frig or Cruiser would be a lot better than a Destroyer for logi work. Not only would they rep more over time but they have much better range.

The Rats speed would not matter for logi work. as far as support goes it depend on what you want to do. You can't really beat a Cormorant for salvaging (for small cheap ships)
