What happened to Sibyyl?

Sibyyl is one of my all time favorite people here on the forums. I don't think I've seen her around for at least a couple of weeks. Does anyone know what's up? Is she taking a break or something?

Hi Mr. G,

I enjoy your posts very much too. Zimzim is right.. I do plan to be back after my six month stint out of country. Just kind of very busy now preparing myself to move across the ocean in a week. The place where I will be has very sketchy (and frustrating) access to EVE, unfortunately.

I think CCP must have read my mind with the infinite skill queue.. I'll be without any computer access for about 3 months and I wanted to make sure I'd continue to train (my sub is yearly).



I find myself skimming GD and OOPE when I need a microbreak from my studies. It's kind of weird how attached I got (am) to this game.. I haven't felt like that about many things.. and EVE is the only thing like this that isn't dangerous/deadly. I hope to see you guys Mar-Apr next year.

I love you guys, and please take care.

Safe to say you're another Sybyl alt drumming up a conversation about someone I don't care about only for him to coincidentally post later on in the thread.

Why do people care that their fictional EVE characters get attention? Not hard to say really, they become a representation and even extension of themselves in their minds. So when some random dude is perhaps feeling quite isolated or lonely, they turn to the forums to establish a peer group, seeking validation and recognition.

In this pathetic bid for attention, I empathize completely. Considering I realize how desperate your actual real life must have become Sybl. To seek aforementioned validation and recognition for doing nothing on a video game board no one cares about.
