Prove it.

No pilot in his fleet is gaining isk or material any faster than my own miners do. In fact, if he's tanked his skiffs, he's making less per pilot than I do (I manually multi-box 3 accounts).

So Nex is space poor? He must be struggling with isk. I should send him a few million to keep him going. Let's say he makes 3-5 billion isk per month per account, that's only around 100-150 billion isk a month. Oh my, I feel so bad for him.

Prove that each pilot is making more money per hour than any other boosted mining pilot. I'll save you the time. You CAN'T. Becuase he's not.

His ships get the same m3/hour that any other boosted miner gets (again, possibly less because he tanks them).

You ignored my point. With the number of accounts he is using he will earn over 100 billion isk a month just by mining a few hours a day. Is that a normal rate for an EVE player?

You ignored his point. How is each pilot making more money than what any other pilot is capable of? That is really what this all comes down to. CCP doesn't view 30 characters as one guy regardless of whether they're controlled by one guy or not, they view those 30 characters as 30 characters. If those 30 characters are some how able to gain items faster than any other 30 characters, then it becomes an issue that will get you banned.

Okay how about this. If it were not for Nex and his 33 mining accounts hogging the content, would there be 33 other players to replace him if he wasn't there? Or do we assume they will leave or quit the game?

how do you know its not a guy with 30 buddies all playing at the same time? you don't. If you think there is a problem hit f12 and file a petition, end of discussion. and you are still dense.

Not as dense as you. Not so dense to not see that even if officially he is not earning isk at an accelerated rate "per account". He is still earning isk at an accelerated rate. Unless 100 billion isk a month is considered normal?

*slams his hea dinto a wall hoping to make the pain stop*

Dear god..

HIT F12, FILE PETITION, END OF THREAD.

How bloody hard is it for you to understand? Do i need to sign it for you? I can you know... do i need to talk slower...

How is that even remotely relevant to what you're trying to argue?

Yes, for 33 accounts that could be considered normal.

You are unwilling to see the facts that have been provided to you because you are blindly obsessed with the idea that someone is getting ahead of you. CCP has laid out many times that software like isboxer is not against EULA. It has been verified, rehashed, and explained many times over on this forum, including at least once in the past couple weeks.

They are not making more isk per character than any other character, therefore it is legal.

Or better yet, thirty-three petitions. That should make someone feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Also, for 33 accounts that feels . . . low.

I AFK rat more than that on 5 accounts. My reactor farm makes more than that, but to be fair it's way more effort than mining so I guess that's fair.

Take some friends and play "Bump the miner"

I dont know the ruleset of "Curling" but would it work with afk-miners?

You could drop a can 30 or 50 off this mess and could play golf.

You could drop 4 cans 2 of each side with 10KM between them and could play soccer.

But aren't we actually all alts of just a player?

BTW, I don't see a big problem, legally. He's just a customer worth like 33 other customers. The only (major) thing is that he can get great economies of scale, much more than a normal user: wow, we just discovered multiboxing is cost effective! Why don't we all do it? Why don't YOU do it?

From a gameplay and philosophy perspective, it would be nicer to have 30 other players instead of just him. The universe would be bigger. But you have to convince 30 people more to play this game.

No one has alts. Every pilot is a separate entity & saying otherwise will get you banned by GM Karidor.

Here's an idea. Ban the use of 3rd party programs that give an in game advantage. Being able to effectively play 30+ accounts at once is a MASSIVE in game advantage.

Players like Nex will still be around, but will have to reduce their accounts to a more manageable amount of perhaps 5 or 10. Meanwhile content they were monopolizing will open up for other players and perhaps EVE will gain more actual players who would pay with real money instead of monopolizing content and driving people away from said content and probably the game.

More importantly you have to convince 30 people that mining is awesome & fun.

Those accounts are 'playing' mining just like any other account would. They are humping that rock just like anyone else would.

It doesn't give an in game advantage because 30 accounts is still 30 accounts. CCP has said this on numerous occasions & stamping your feet while shouting 'NONONO' isn't going to change anything.

Here's a better idea. Learn to use the forum's search function and find that your idea has only been posted and disregarded by everyone but the poster at least once a week for the last 11 years.

You're obviously mistaken about the definition of advantage in EvE. If the program provided an advantage to the account it would be banned, like macro mining software is. Multicasting software does not provide advantage to any account, and the advantage to a player is pretty negligible, specially when it comes to mining, but then, no one of importance cares about slight player advantages.
