Incursion sites on Singularity

Hi,

I logged in Sigularity with a few corpmates to test some fleet compositions in order to run scout sites, and there was a huge number of ships in there. For example, in a propaganda cluster we had to face 5 maras, 7 arnons, 6 antems, and 6-8 niarjas. It was about the same in every other sites, and we even moved to another incursion staging, without any difference.

I also entered vanguard and assault sites to have a look, and the Nation Mining Colony only had 3 frigates in there, while there were no ships at all in the Nation Commander Stronghold.

I hope this is a glitch and not a undocumented dirty plan from Kuvakei that will hit us in Phoebe... But that would be great to fix it, because at the moment we can't test anything. Thanks!

Mein Gott imagine how many people would foolishly die warping into sites that had WAY more DPS than they were prepared to face. The destruction would be beyond glorious

Either way this is a bug linked to the "Rats not spawning in anoms bug"
CCP is looking into it
bug report it though just to be sure
