Hi there,

I need some standing with the caldary navy and thought about going to grind some standing.

Could you recommend me any ships and maybe a good fitting. Maybe a one I don't need to switch very often? (Don't care about needed skills)

Thanks a lot for your help guys!

An assault frig could warp to and from missions much quicker than a cruiser or battlecruiser. But there are probably some missions where more DPS pays off.

The fastest way to gain standing with NPC corps is to do Distribution missions. With proper planning you can basically run a few missions at the same time. For time spent verses standing gained, level 3 has the best return. Also don't forget to train up Social and Connections skills asap.

I suggest looking for some Caldari Navy Distribution Agents located in system near the end of a deadend pipeline. That should help make most of the mission locations the same. Also try to work other Caldari Navy Distribution Agents for the return trip.

For example : You work a couple of Caldari Navy Distribution Agents located at the end of a deadend pipeline. They give you courier missions a few jumps out to either deliver or pick up goods. Before going back to the system at the end of the pipeline, locate some more Caldari Navy Distribution Agents nearby to hopefully offer missions going back to the end of the pipeline.

Basically you'll be working a few different Agents located at the beginning and at the end of the deadend pipeline.

Hope you understand that and good luck to you.

Suroken for caldari navy level 3s, and caldari navy story line missions next door. you have 3 agents in the same station, Blitz missions till you have 3 story lines, and go run the ones for the CN agent. story lines give huge corp standing boosts. plus all the standing boosts from all the lv3s you are completing.

I would probably go with either a warp speed fit Ishtar or Machariel. Either one can do quite a bit of dps with good projection and warp almost like a frigate.

Are you implying that running 16 missions for 3 different agents will give you 3 storyline missions? They dont work like that. Missions count accumulates for the same faction same level missions. Corps, agents and types of missions dont mater.

For the TS, storyline missions are the way to go. Ideally find a station with 1 or 2 lvl 3 agents and a storyline agent. Then you will consistently get storyline missions from this agent. Vuorrassi comes to mind - it has a level 3 distribution agent and a storyline mission agent. The only problem is there are a few lowsec systems around, and you will often have to travel there or through them. Equip 2 wc stabs.

If lowsec is not an option, then pick any safe system you prefer, run 15 missions for your agent, but for the 16th mission go to an agent (of the same level) closest to a storyline CN agent. Then you will get a storyline mission from that agent.
Remember that the storyline agent has to be the closest one to your 16th mission agent - ideally same station, or the only storyline agent in the same system, or the only one 1 jump away, etc.

Nope, However what I was unclear about was there are 2 other story line agents in Haatomo that are not CN. So when you are blitzing the CN lv3 missions you get a mission from one of the 3 story line agents at random. So when you do get an offer from the CN story line agent you go run that and ignore the other story lines. that way eventually every story line you get is going to come from the CN agent. I mean I would probably still go run them before they expire, but if CN standing is your main goal they aren't a priority.

Suroken still has 3 CN lv3 agents in one station (and I think a few other caldari lv3 agents in other stations). by taking 3 missions at once you can cut down on travel time, and with high enough skills and a good fit you won't have to worry about refitting at all. And as said earlier just doing this will raise your standings rather quickly.

Good point. I forgot to include that with my reply.
