Quick Teams Question

Hey folks!

Before I bother with bringing a team by, would a 2% Material Efficiency team save me resources on jobs that are at MOST only using 15-17 of the primary material?

Question being: Do ME savings from teams go up to 1 when they are greater than zero but not that close to 1? Or would it just be a complete waste? Thanks for any info!

From another individual's post:

"Material Efficiency calculations are now applied to the whole jobs, not individual runs. This means manufacturing a large batch of items will still give some reduction on Assembly Arrays instead of being simply negated."

from a Dev Blog. I may have answered my own question, sorry! I'm assuming 2% would come off of the whole build order, which isn't bad!

Do the maths. No other way to tell.

You have to take into account the savings from the ME reduction, the extra cost of the team and the amount you paid to hire them in the first place.

2% of 15-17 units:
* 1 run: 0 - 0 saved
* 10 run: 3 - 3 saved
* 100 run: 30 - 34 saved
* 1000 run: 300 - 340 saved

Thanks. That makes sense. I'll math it up. Appreciate the help, my question is more or less answered!
