opt-out from Game Time donations

There might be some cases where players don't want to receive game time donations for :reasons:
To make sure that other players (acceidentaly or on purpose) can't do so, a way to to opt-out from receiving such donations would help.
Either in game from a character or from the account management website, both to disable donations to that account.

This is such an incredibly niche use case that I'm certain some sort of scam must be involved.

Please, sir, this is not Jita Local. What :reasons: could this mysterious Mr. Smith have for wanting to opt out?

Hmmm.. potential for perceived corruption or maybe some conflict of interest or blackmail.. that could pose a problem, yes.

EVE is EVE, but one's account itself should be exempt from EVE being EVE. Alright then, I don't honestly see this being done but I do think you get a +1 for it.

For myself it's just: "don't waste your PLEX(/ISK) to grant me game time. I've got that covered."

But I'm sure there are other use cases where one might prefer not to get donations.
