For the record, I am prepared to buy the requested items from any capsuleer (other than those I have set red) for a fair price. I intend to donate to the Caldari Navy.

You may be thinking "I may as well just donate directly", and you could, sure. or you could donate to them and earn some ISK into the bargain. Your call.

The navies will not be compensating monetarily. I will do so, however. Any sold to me will be given to the Federation Navy.

I can provide some of the junk, I mean Sleeper technology, but it will be small output as I work alone in a small ship and I don't care where it goes as long as it's not to a criminal organisation and what sort of quota are people looking for?
