Nah, the race that donates the most gets their Tech 3 ships rebalanced first. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not... :)

I have now used my braincell to consider this...i guess new modules/implants are incomming ..... to reduce the new planned cap ship jump penaltys. And as they going to be T3 baced..it'll mean even more isk for the WH guys.
