I get an error whenever I load up the client that says I have an incompatible build. Upon further investigation, it appears the launcher is oblivious to new patches. I'm just getting back into EVE after 6 months, this is really killin' it for me.

use the repair tool in the launcher, failing that use the separate one in the bin folder

Still nothing. In addition, I've reinstalled about 5 times this weekend.
