Feature Request: Click link to join mailing list

This feature request should not impact gameplay at all. It is merely a convenience oriented quality of life improvement in the same vein as 'click link to join chat channel'.

Before and After Example
Before

  1. Open Mail window
  2. Click 'EVE Mail' tab
  3. Click 'Add Mailing List'
  4. Type in the mailing list name somebody just typed in chat for you...
  5. Check that you typed it correctly
  6. Check that they typed it correctly
  7. Click 'Join'

After

  1. Click the mailing list link that somebody dragged into chat for you

Now isn't that a worthwhile improvement?

Just drag/drop the mailing list to the channel from the mailing list section in mail. TDF does it on their MOTD for fittings too I think. Their fittings are all in mailing lists.

This is exactly the feature I am requesting. It is not currently possible.

i suspect that what he's saying is that its actually possible, because MOTD is a message. You need to go google that, as I don't think that people link mailling lists, channels on daily basis. Although from experience with channels it's not entirely easy.
