Looking for ~9B ono, that's about 650isk/SP for an extremely focused character - all skills trained affect a Tengu except for a few trained to get it in an Interceptor for fast travel.

Can use both T2 Heavy Missiles and HAM's
All missile supports at least IV
All Caldari subsystems trained to V
Cloaking IV
Great cap, core & fitting skills - AWU IV
Astrometrics V for scanning

Very good Tengu Pilot.

Subsystems V, All missile supports V, HAM Specialization V, almost perfect capacitor skills.

All relevant mission skills IV, No cloak or scanning.

Also has basic done skills to IV except specializations and has t2 Cruise missile specialization III
