Cloaking/Decloaking Noise

In the past couple days a decloak/cloak noise setting has been added to the game.

However, I don't see a corresponding setting in Advanced Audio Settings in order to turn it down. Does anyone know how to turn it down?

Also, I noticed the wormhole noise disappeared. Does anyone know if this was removed from the game, or should I report it as a bug?
