I find trading to be most enjoyable when I'm not absolutely relying on a certain return, or expecting things to turn around super quickly. The .01 game in Jita is alright, but only if I've got other stuff going on in the background. That way I don't have to feel like, if I'm not sitting here .01-ing, I'm not making any money. Once it becomes a job where you don't earn unless you're clocking active hours, it's game over for me. So I guess the key, for me, is to diversify. Have some cash in Jita station trading, but also have a region-wide network set up elsewhere, trade big-ticket items on contract, and keep some cash tied up in long-term speculative deals, too.

I love trading. You can get into it faily quickly and the more you make the more you can do.

The market is the reason I came back to EVE Online.

I created myself an alt for the sole purpose of trying station trading.
Ionly trained 1 skill to increase the number of orders i could have. For a few minutes each day my alt has gone from 5k to 23mil. Not alot in eve terms but i have actually enjoyed it.
