IsBoxer is not a RMT scam??

So I have read various posts, topics and too much rantings of trolls, and EULA quotes. Get the flame throwers ready.

So as I read it, from CCP point of view, they allow IsBoxer because they are not "bots" and these accounts eventually become funded by using PLEX from market (CCP dont care, someone already gave them $$ for the PLEX that is on the market) in turn this has driven up the cost of PLEX for the entire player-base.

My issue is the RMT that IsBoxer clearly makes via the use of their software with-in EVE, which is clearly in breach of any EULA. Would a rival business/website be allowed to set to compete with IsBoxer, charging players a fee, so that they can control multiple accounts, via loopholes in CCP's definition of what is an actual bot account?

40+ miners clearing out belts, in procurors is only the tip of the IsBoxer issues. Much worse things are happening in all areas of new eden via IsBoxer.

Imagine, if you will, the players online if ISBoxer were gone.

It would drop from 25,000 to 43.
