Greetings,

after a 3 year pause from EVE I am back in Business and must spent my *hard* earned ISK for a new Playtoon.

This time I am looking for a perfectly skilled Caldari Character.

- Must have little to no waste in SP
- PVP Focused
- SubCap preferred
- Over 100 million SP
- Tight skill training to lvl V preferred
- A good name gives bonus ISK

Budget 40 - 100 Billion for the right character, albeit I am very picky
