Drake is THE best of all ships in Eve, almost everyone knows that.

Passive Gila. Kinda expensive boat, but can easily run any lvl4 and blitz through lvl3s. Don't need to switch tank depending on missions, don't need to give much of a **** overall - semi afk lvl4 missions for ~50mil/hour.

Scorpion Navy is imo the most chill PvE boat to fly. Using RHMLs and some painters it shreds through L3's like a warm knife through butter, you don't even need drones to speed things up. And you have plenty of cap to fit a stable MWD and strong omni resistance. And doing L4's is just a matter of changing the launchers, though rapids is also okay for a lot of L4's (if it werent for the long reload cycle).

ishtar, you need drone skills so it's perfect, you have shield skills so it's perfect - a heavy drone shield tanked ishtar is epic for lvl 4's (3's are a breeze), you can fly hacs so you can fly the finest hulls in eve, you need to crosstrain for gallente anyway so it's perfect...

Unless Ishtars get nerfed hard, I will eventually get one, but it would take me longer to skill for one than for a Rattler, so it comes after the RS as far as my progression is concerned. The Gila, on the other hand, I can jump in right now (once I save up the isk for it).

it is indeed a skill heavy ship, took me 6months to get hac5, heavy drone 5, sentry drone 5 and all the useable drone skills to 5 as well, only the racial specs are at lvl 4, because 19days for 2% dmg is rediculous and adv drone avionics and durability are at 4 as well. the rest is lvl 5.

well worth the time it took to train for it because of it's pve quality (pvp as well - but to expensive for my taste), you have high dps, high application of dps, good agility, fine speed even after nerf, use an ab and just speed tank 80% of incomming dps and also i haven't been a gank target because it works fine with t2 mods (and the use of d-scan ofc ;)) and the hull isn't as shiny as some bs hulls that cost over 1 bill without fitting (rattler :p).
