I pay for a game so it must working well. Why always Eve? any other MMO dont have a lot of this problem.

Really though.

Somebody is either really grumpy with EVE/CCP over something, or some competitor is trying to weaken them in order to drive more people towards their upcoming product.

DDOS is basically just a bunch of hello server are you there requests. Enough to overload the max bandwidth and resources of the server which denies others access to it, thus "Denial Of Service Attack" AKA DDOS

After some deep undercover investigation, I found the reason.

It happens during cofee breaks when all CCP employees leave Tuxford unattended in the same room that also holds the server control.
