POCO access by standings fails for individual standings

Apparently when you set 'Allow Access with Standings" at a Planetary Customs Office, it only works when you have a corp or alliance set to a certain standing. If you set an individual to +10 in Corp Contacts, that individual will still be unable to use your POCOs.

I couldn't access a friends POCO. The POCO was like it didn't connect to the planet. No error message or anything. He then set all standing to 10.0 and allowed every possible access to it. After I restarted EVE it worked.

I've had a similar issue. I have a few POCO in a WH system. Nobody has exported or imported anything since I first installed them a couple weeks ago. Someone from a friendly corp told me that they cannot access my poco...when the open the customs office window they cannot see their commodities that are on the launchpad below. They cannot see any tax rate displayed in the upper left corner where tax rate is normally displayed.

I have settings to allow alliance tax and to allow access with standings. I have the same tax rate set for all levels of standings. The standings were originally set to 2.0 for the corp and for the individual who had access problems. I moved the standings slider around a bit to see if that would change anything, but he still could not access. I changed all of the tax rates, but that didn't fix the problem.

However, after I did this he restarted his client and upon logging back in he had access to the POCO. Since he's logged on an off many times over the past couple weeks, yet has never been able to access my POCO, I'm not sure if the fix tonight was due entirely to restarting the client, or perhaps due to the combination of A) tweaking some of the poco settings, B) followed by a restart.

I then set everything back to original values, and he still has access.

Still have this problem:

Player-Owned Customs Offices -> Allow Access By Standings -> Doesn't respect corp standings towards individuals.

Our corp has several individuals at +10. Our POCOs are set to allow access for +10's. Those individuals are in corps towards which we have no standings set. Those characters cannot access our POCOs, because their access level is based on the 'no standings' at which their corp is set.

I heard that POCOs will only recognize corp-to-corp standings.

Also noticed something else as well. POCOs only have 5 standings settings: red (-10), orange (-5), gray (0), light blue (5.0) and dark blue (10). If you set a corp to anything other than one of those five values they will not be able to access your customs office. I had set a corp to 2.0 using the slider bar and they could not access my POCO. I then set them to neutral by clicking on the gray box, and they gained access. I then set them to 5.0 using the light-blue box, and they could still access. So it really does seem that the POCOs only recognize those five values.
