It shoul be enough SP for having
(fighters, cap armor reps, cap remote armor reps, gallente carriers skills) in 3-4 lvl
(jump drive calibration) at least 1
with all prerequirements.

Pretty nice proposal, but i dont' sure, if i want afford that extra 1.7bil of "industry" skills )) but on the other hand it can be pretty usefull thing))
