There is absolutely zero reason to not show support for more scantily clad female toons in EVE.

But also, it would be nice to be able to show them ingame. What's the point to look gorgeous alone in a CQ? What's the point of looking gorgeous outside of the game? Can you show off when nobody is looking?

This is the conundrum of CCP's dilemma: they want to sell cosmethics, but those cosmethics create the need to share them, which is something CCP doesn't wants to develop (otherwise they wouldn't had fired all their avatar talent working at Atlanta). They want their pie and not cooking it.
